This policy explains how Agomi LLC (“we”, “us”), which operates the MBN Appliance Repair website at https://mbn-appliance-repair.ahmad-096.workers.dev, handles information. It covers the website, the online booking form, and the MBN Appliance Repair Booking Alerts text-message program.

Information we collect

• Booking details you give us: your name, phone number, service address or ZIP code, the appliance and a description of the problem, and the appointment window you choose.
• Operator mobile number: for the MBN Appliance Repair Booking Alerts program, the mobile number of the business owner or operator who has chosen to receive booking alerts.
• Technical data: IP address and basic request information, used only for security, spam prevention (Cloudflare Turnstile) and rate limiting.

How we use it

• To schedule your repair, put the appointment on our calendar and contact you about it.
• To send the business operator an alert (text message or push notification) when a new booking arrives.
• To protect the website from abuse.

We do not use booking details for advertising, and we do not send marketing text messages.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never transferred to anyone else. This applies to everyone, including the owner or operator who receives booking alerts.

The only parties who handle a mobile number are the service providers we need to deliver messages, such as our SMS carrier platform (Twilio) and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). They may use it only to provide that service to us.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare (hosting, security), Apple iCloud Calendar (appointment scheduling), Twilio (text messages) and ntfy (push notifications). Each processes data on our behalf only as needed to run these functions.

Retention

Appointment records are kept on our business calendar as long as needed to provide service and keep reasonable business records. Short-lived technical records used to prevent double-booking are removed automatically or kept only as part of the booking record.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct, or delete your booking information by contacting us below.
• Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

Children

This site is for adults arranging appliance repair. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
