MBN Appliance Repair Booking Alerts: operational text alerts sent by Agomi LLC on behalf of MBN Appliance Repair to the business owner or operator when a customer books a repair on our website. Message frequency varies with booking volume. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

1. What the program is

When a customer books an appointment through the MBN Appliance Repair website, our system sends a text message from +1 (504) 470-0217 to the owner’s or operator’s mobile phone. The message includes the appointment window and the details the customer entered so the job can be confirmed and dispatched. We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this program, and customers who book online are not enrolled in it.

2. Who receives messages and how they opt in

Only the business owner or an authorized operator receives these alerts. They opt in by deliberately entering their own mobile number in the booking system’s private configuration (it is not collected through a public form) after reviewing these terms. They can also opt in by texting START to +1 (504) 470-0217. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

One message per new booking. The number of messages depends on how many bookings come in and usually ranges from none to a few per day.

4. Costs

Msg & data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Agomi LLC does not charge for these messages.

5. Opting out

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming the opt-out. To start again, reply START or UNSTOP.

7. Carriers and delivery

Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on network availability and isn’t guaranteed.

8. Privacy

We handle mobile numbers as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the current version on this page.
